Luna Nylund

Luna is a data science professional with an emphasis on Machine Learning (ML) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a strong focus on Creativity, Design, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles. She has studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology (BS, Biomedical Engineering) and the University of Colorado, Boulder (MS, Creative Technology and Design), focusing on interdisciplinary work through the creative fusion of engineering, computer science, and design. Luna has extensive industry experience, including prior work with Twitter, The New York Times, and Meta. She currently lives in Boulder, CO with her partner and 2 dogs, and spends her free time writing, making music, and working on new creative projects.
